Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd178 ("bd178", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bd178 website at https://bd178.net and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, payment processing, bonuses, and customer support.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature of the bd178 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of bd178 and close your account.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with bd178, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person (individual human being) and not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system.
• You are accessing bd178 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by bd178 or any third-party responsible gaming registry.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or using another person's identity or payment details.

bd178 conducts age and identity verification through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accepted identification documents include Bangladesh National ID (NID), passport, and birth certificate where applicable. Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately and permanently closed. Any balance in the account at the time of closure — including deposits and winnings — will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming protocols, which may include return of original deposits and forfeiture of winnings.

Account Registration & Verification

Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bd178 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify bd178 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

KYC document submission. bd178 reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of request may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Transactions

All financial transactions on bd178 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no foreign currency conversion steps, and no international transaction fees are applied by bd178. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay; ৳1,000 via bank transfer (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank) and card (Visa, Mastercard).
• Deposits are credited to your bd178 account balance within minutes for mobile wallet methods and within 15–60 minutes for bank transfers, subject to third-party processing times.
• bd178 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which bd178 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals complete within 4–24 hours.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. bd178 will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered bd178 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods are not permitted.
• bd178 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity. Such checks may delay processing by up to 5 business days.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus funds will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

bd178 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Victory Day (December 16), and BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific conditions stated on the individual promotion page at the time of the offer.

• Welcome bonus: New players receive a 100% match bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first qualifying deposit of ৳500 or more.
• Wagering requirement: Unless stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳60,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

bd178 is committed to offering a fair, transparent, and reliable gaming environment. All games available on the bd178 platform are subject to the following rules and standards.

Random Number Generation (RNG). All slot games, RNG table games, and virtual sports outcomes on bd178 are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. The RNG ensures that each outcome is statistically independent, unpredictable, and not influenced by prior results, bet size, player history, or any other factor. bd178 does not manipulate RNG outputs.

Disconnections. Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction that produces an erroneous result, the affected round will be voided. bd178 will return stakes to the player's account. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard policy that applies to all games on the platform.

Sports betting settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the rules published in the bd178 sportsbook section. Cricket bets on BPL, Bangladesh Tigers, T20 World Cup, and IPL markets are governed by specific cricket betting rules including provisions for abandoned matches, rain interruptions, player withdrawal, and DLS method application.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using bd178, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one bd178 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or any game for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated betting strategies with other players designed to circumvent the house edge or bonus terms.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using bd178 to launder money or process payments on behalf of third parties.

Account Suspension & Closure

bd178 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming intervention request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a law enforcement or financial authority.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for money laundering or other financial crime.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Closure by the player. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting bd178 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method (subject to KYC clearance). Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure.

Inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for 12 consecutive months. bd178 will notify the registered email address before applying an inactivity policy. In accordance with applicable standards, a monthly inactivity administration fee may be deducted from dormant account balances after the notification period. Self-exclusion. Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request a self-exclusion by contacting bd178 support. Self-exclusion periods are available for a minimum of 6 months and up to a permanent lifetime exclusion. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd178's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bd178 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether bd178 had been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of gambling winnings due to a technical error or platform outage, beyond the return of the affected stake.
• Loss of data, corruption of account information, or unauthorised account access resulting from the player's failure to maintain password security.
• Interrupted or delayed internet connectivity on the player's side causing a game session to end unexpectedly.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

bd178 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players use bd178 at their own risk.

Amendments & Governing Law

bd178 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bd178 will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email to their registered address. It is each player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of bd178 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept a revision, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the bd178 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd178 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
